The driving force behind Muscle Car Beach is Peter Harksell III. After having been an ASE certified Master technician, acquiring an Automotive Design degree from WWU, and spending 17 years in Simi Valley, California building custom show cars at Pure Vision, Peter brings a unique set of skills with him back to Whatcom County, Washington! He has built numerous SEMA Show cars, been featured in magazines and TV, and performed work on custom cars from many other well known builders. Now, we want to put his experience and expertise to work for you!
